Finite Elemente GmbH (“Manufacturer“ hereafter) sound enhancing products are manufactured to the highest quality standards with the best quality parts & materials available. We warrant the product(s) designated hereafter to be free of manufacturing defects in material and workmanship for a period of 2 years as applied to all residential in-house applications and uses of our products.
The Manufacturer residential in-house limited warranty does not exclude or substitute the legal warranty or the granted statutory guarantee period as from date of purchase. The limited warranty is extended to the original purchaser of the product and may not be transferred with ownership.
If the original purchaser registers here the product(s) designated hereafter under specification of serial number and date of purchase within 14 days of the date of purchase, said purchaser would be registered for an extended warranty of 5 years from the date of purchase or no later than 6 years from the date of shipment to the authorized dealer, whichever comes first.
